Banging Rocks has been accepted as the newest member of the VR/AR Hub in Downtown Vancouver. This Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality Hub is the joint venture of Launch Academy and the VR/AR Association of Vancouver.
The 12,000 square foot facility located in Gastown provides work space, a VR/AR Device Lab, and unparalleled access to mentorship, industry contacts, and knowledge of the global VR/AR landscape.
“Our first month at the Hub has been extraordinary,” says Banging Rocks founder Daniel Lindenberger. “The Launch Academy team has been a tremendous help in moving the company forward. Vancouver is a world leader in VR/AR development, and being at the Hub has helped us take full advantage of the opportunities for learning and collaboration our location makes possible.”
